Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at the Village Hall in Vicarage Lane from 7:30pm.
In addition to their allocated duties, individual Councillors also represent the Council on various groups including: Town Estates Charity, Mears Ashby Society, The Village Hall Committee, Poors Close Charity, Sarah Kinloch Charity, Police Liaison Group (see following link): Councillors Duties & Responsibilities
