The Parish Council has, on behalf of many concerned residents, written to local North Northants councillors, Anglian Water, and our local Member of Parliament to express concerns regarding the number of water outages and loss of supply that the village continually has to endure.
Parish Councillors also took the opportunity to raise this matter with Chris Heaton-Harris MP at an open meeting held last Saturday. The council is grateful for their understanding and support in seeking to address these issues.
They remain, however, most concerned that, whilst Anglian Water have clearly identified the problems in their following response. Some three years later no progress has been made, or plans proposed in order to resolve the issue!
